Regardless of who wins the presidency in November, Drug Policy Action is committed to building on the momentum of the current moment to achieve important federal reforms.

To ensure it remains a priority, Drug Policy Action has provided a roadmap for the 2020 Administration to meaningfully address the need for drug policy reform. It also provides an outline of federal bills the next Administration should support. These recommendations take into account the ongoing COVID-19 national emergency.
